Ellie Bean




I was in the kitchen making lettuce wraps for dinner.

Ellie is at her usual place , on the counter - in the corner, watching me and being my taste tester.

She starts turning the pages in the cookbook I have sitting next to her...


and says "Once upon a time there was a carrot and a apple, and they lived happily ever after in my tummy".

I can't get enough of this kid!
