Its not like Im cranking them out now

It's not like I have been posting much lately, but future posts will be slow coming also. Brian had his surgery on the other hip today and will be on crutches once again for 4 weeks. That's 4 weeks of no help ALL day. He might not do a whole lot, but that few minutes I usually get from him in the evening are priceless!
THREE WEEKS OLD!
In more exciting news, Brooklynn is 3 weeks old today! She spent 7 long hours with me at the hospital, but did awesome. Slept a lot, but was also awake more than normal. looking around and *almost* smiling.

When I went to meet Brian in post op,the nurse asked me how old she was, so I said three weeks today. Then she said "your going to have your hands full with her and your husband not being able to walk for a month...its a good thing she can't run around yet!" Haha! I then told her about the 4 and 2 year old waiting at home for me and she about fell off her chair.

  4. I'm glad the surgery is over, you can check that off your list! I'm sure you will be fine, thankfully that adorable baby is good. Just think if she had colic? Brian can still read and hear prayers, etc. Don't let him totally off the hook. Well, OK, maybe give him a week.....

    I love you all.

  8. I can't believe she is already 3 weeks old. Today I bought Tanya a portable camping sink that folds up... you should get one and make brian do the dishes while he's lying on the couch to help you out. j/k

    Hope things go well.

  9. I wish we could be there to help you. But somebody has to pay the bills.

I love the pictures of Brooklyn.

You have my moral support, if nothing else.
