Than a new pair of shoes?! I don't know where this girl gets it, but she LOVES to be fashionable. I am a jeans and flip flop girl, or runners on occasion, so its not from me.
The girl, who will only wear dresses or skirts, wore pants yesterday. I told her she couldn't wear her new shoes with a sundress. So she got her jeans, a shirt and a sweater. I told her it was too hot for a sweater and she says as we are walking into church (with attitude) "Mom, I'd rather be pretty than comfortable" I'm in trouble...can I just skip the preteen/teen years please?!

Thats funny!!! I have a girl just like that. Mckena told me she needed to wear a cute shirt to school or the boys would cry. Heaven help us!!!
