Golden present

The color of this yellow is much nicer in person...not so mustard looking :oP

I am going out to dinner for Candace's birthdy tonight and was told to bring a gift that was gold. Since Im not a high roller (ie: can't afford real gold), I decided to make her something :o) I found this shirt at Target on clearance for $2...

and turned it into this...

Two dishtowels and a hot pad. After the fact, I wish I would have used some linen in the towels, but they turned out pretty cute. I hope she likes them...
