(this is more for a record for my book - prob not that interesting to the rest of the world - kind of a week-in-the-life post ;o)
Monday:
*Dad and I dropped Alison off at her first day of school (after pictures of course!)
*cleaned the kitchen
*went to lunch at CPK with Chris and Lo...Brooklynn was not behaving well, but we made it through without too much of a scene! Thanks girls for keeping me occupied that first day!
*walked around Town Square for a little bit.
*stopped at Starbucks to kill some time.
*picked Al up from school and asked her a million ???s
*Dad brought flowers home while I made dinner
*the whole family went to the park
*did homework
*read a story/said prayers/off to bed
*I crash against B on the couch, grateful to have made it through the day!
Tuesday
*drop Al at school
*go to the gym
*start homeschooling EllieB
*fix lunch
*clean the downstairs
*get a great call - dinner with Debbie and Steve (after they come over to check out the clubhouse!)
*stop at 31 flavors - shut down...stop at Carvel for ice cream cake for Steve's birthday
*bed for kids
*Mom reads and Dad watches recorded episodes of The Daily Show
Wednesday
*Al to school
*gym - talk to a trainer and officially hire him!
*homeschool
*lunch
*short nap
*Ellie & I do a craft - a snake made form a paper plate (for our lesson on Adam and Eve)
*have chicken tacos for dinner
*Brian takes Al swimming (Ellie wasn't being a good listener, so she didn't get to go)
*story/prayers/bed
*Mom reads/Dad goes to the gym
Thursday
*Al to school
*laundry
*Ellie & I do puzzles
*homeschool
*lunch with Katie at Red Robin
*stop at Michaels for craft goodies
*stop by Famous Footwear - can't find anything for my freakishly long narrow feet
*pick up Alison
*I sew, kids watch The Sandlot
*manicotti for dinner
*homework
*story/prayers/bed
*sewing for me/gym for him
Friday
*I cant remember Friday and i didn't write it down...Alison went to school, I homeschooled, and Brian took them night swimming...there was stuff in between, but I don't remember! oh - they watched The Sandlot again...
Weekend
*movies for Dad, Al and Ellie
*BBQ and UFC fight
*9mile run - got free supplements
*hydration seminar (where I won a $70 hydration pack - and later sold to Dave for $37 :oP
*had my gait analyzed by the fancy Mizuno computers - got free socks
*grocery shopping
*They watched The Sandlot a few more times - and now Ellie is walking around saying "The Great Bambino" and "L7 looo-seerrrr"
*purpleicious pancake party for Miss ChloeMae's 1st birthday!
*Dinner at Kabuki for Candace's birthday - (much needed night out with the girls - so fun)
*more sewing
great week. kept busy. still trying to find a routine. miss my Alison. so does Ellie. totally and completely exhausted.
