Jamie and I had talked about taking a spin class. I read that it totally kicks your butt and gets you into shape fast. Plus it's something I can do the whole pregnancy. Then we snapped back into reality and decided to see if we could even sit on a bike for an hour at a moderate pace, before we start the real thing. We did make the hour, but my tailbone is so sore. We ended our hour the same time as the class got out and they looked way more winded and sweaty than us...maybe I should practice a little more before I join them!
After nap, the girls and I did a little crafting. We had this book since Christmas and Alison has been begging me to do something. We had hit Michaels after the gym, so I bought some stuff to do one of the activities.
Here is the idea:
Here is Ellie's "wormie":
So typical, Ellie jumps in with her fingers and Alison has to use Qtips so she won't get dirty!
Ellie's masterpiece:
and Alison's

ReplyDeleteWay cute painting. You've motivated me to plan some artwork moments with the boys.
ReplyDeleteI've been doing spinning classes...can you really do them while you're pregnant? It is a serious workout...
Why are you even attempting to spin, while prego- your are a glutton for punishment. By the way Ali with the Q tip is so typical for her that is Awesome. Elli will give you a run for your money.....Ha-Ha I've got one of those too.
