I don't have good luck with either. Right now I am battling with my health insurance because they said that the doctor I went to is not in-network. The thing is, I got her name and phone number from the insurance website! It's actually still on there (so I made sure to print out a screen shot to send with my letter)Then a few months ago I cut up my Target credit card. It was too easy to use and I had charged enough. I got my bill a few weeks ago and went to pay it last week, but couldn't find it anywhere in this house. Now what? Pay over the phone with a $15 penalty? Wait till next month and just miss a payment? So I called. I gave the lady on the phone my sob story.
(This is where my luck changes)
She sent me a new card AND moved my payment date. She said it would skip this month and my next payment would be due next month...no penalty fees! I seriously was ready for a fight and she solved everything in two minutes, no hassle. Make me want to start using that darn card again since hey were SO helpful!
So not only am I loving Target for my $1.50 picture frames...but I'm loving their credit ladies too :o)
I HATE insurance company's for many reasons! I am amazed that the credit card lady was so helpful! That does not happen often:O) Cute picture of Shark reef:O)
ReplyDeleteThankfully, I haven't had any insurance issues :knock on desk:. My parents constantly have issues though.
ReplyDeleteI used to pay my Target Card online when I had it. That way I never had to worry where my bill was.
oooh I just got done hassling w/ insurance too for Maddie.
ReplyDeleteApparently she hasn't been covered for this last year. I never understand their complicating information.
Maddie is now insured finally. I had sent in an application a year ago and called to confirm they got it etc. and they said they had a week ago I got a rediculous bill from the pediatrician and realized that she was not covered.
what a pain, oh and of course they have no record of receiving the first application for her.
i wish I had the will power to cut up my Target card........
