Brooklynn has been sick for a MONTH. She is snotty and has a chunky dry cough. I took her to the doctor last week, knowing he would say there was nothing he could do, but wanted to make sure it wasn't turning into bronchitis or something. She must have her Dad's immune system...poor kid.
She didn't sleep well last night (which means Mom didn't sleep well) and is super cranky today. She doesn't want to eat, doesn't want to sleep, and can't get happy. I put her in her crib, she cried. In her chair, she cried. In her swing, she cried. I held her, she cried. I set her down on Ellie's bed while I got the girls dressed (at 9:30) and she passed out.
Had to take a picture of Miss EllieB today. We had a clothing swap at church on Tues and I picked up these cute boots...she loves them as much as me :o)

She has finely figured out the bouncing part of her toy,. Its so cute to watch her go crazy in it.
Brian asked for a gun case for his birthday, so this is what I got...not the right one, so I returned it the next day.

Here are the cake balls I made from here...Brian loved them (they are even better frozen) so it was worth all the trouble to make instead of a regular cake.
We went to The Springs Preserve on Saturday. It was pretty cool. They had a lot of cool things for the kids to do and it got us out doing something for his birthday :o)
I forgot to put the memory card back in my camera, so I have no pictures though.

sorry to hear brooklyn is not feeling well we hope she gets better that can't be any fun for anyone in the house really. especially a little one that can't tell you, "my nose is stuffy and I can't breathe!" lol

poor girl - hope brooklyn kicks the yucky bug soon - it's always hard when babies are sick because there isn't much you can give them or do, especially if it is a virus
