this is from this summer, but I forgot to post it & B worked WAY too hard not to post it!!!!
It all started when our swing broke and we had an empty corner of the yard. Alison asked for a clubhouse, so B and I went looking for one. They were all crappy and WAY expensive. After looking at one @ Home Depot he says "I can make this." So I told him he should do it!
and so it began...
the floor went down, and the walls went up...
he does look hot working with power tools...
and then I painted...
and then the roof went on...
and when it was all said and done...we had a CLUBHOUSE!!!!

there is now their play kitchen in this big open space and some bins to store all their goodies.The girls were in HEAVEN when he finished it. Its pretty big and a nice place for me to send them when they start bugging me ;o)
Alison insists though that it is a CLUBhouse NOT a playhouse!
I am so proud of him...he worked on this for at least 4-5 weeks everyday after work and every weekend. He had no plans and just used common sense when putting everything together!
It is beautiful in person!
