*Alison came in our room @ about 3 and attempted to sleep on our floor - its hardwood, so every time she moved I heard the thump of some body part hitting the wood. At about 5:30 I finely kicked her out and told her to go to the couch...she said her back hurt and she needed to sleep on something hard for it to feel better. where she got, I don't know! *Ellie came in at 7:30 to ask me to turn on cartoons - it was Brian's day to sleep in, so I got up.
*fed the monsters and got all of us ready for church - except Brian. He went to the gym instead. He missed my most favorite message that they do (they usually do it at the beginning of the year every year) about judging those that have sinned. It is the single most important reason why I attend this church.
*Brian had lunch ready for us when we walked in the door!
*Ellie and I went to the library to pick up my book club book - we meet on Wednesday, so I better get reading!
*Brookie went down for a nap & I cleaned the kitchen while Brian hung out with the girls in the front yard. They made friends with some kids down the street and invited them over to see The Clubhouse. One of their Moms stopped by to chat and introduce herself.
*All the kids wanted to ride scooters, so I read a little in the front yard while they played...I'm still not comfortable with them being in the front yard without us yet.
*When Brooke woke up it was time to come in. Brian went to the store and I read while the girls played.
*dinner - ribeye, mashed potatoes, grilled veggies and rolls
*then we watched Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs - dumb.
