For the last 5 months this kid has been sick. She goes from bad to worse, but never well.
The last few days its been more towards the worse end. She has had a terrible cough, runny nose, and fevers that come and go. So on Monday I took her in. She sat quietly while the doctor looked at her eyes, ears and throat. Not one peep. (They even asked if some med students could take a look since she was so calm.) Diagnosis: Bronchitis and a double ear infection. So she is on antibiotics and decongestant now. It must be working because she slept from 8pm till 7am!
I'm glad the meds are working. She is such a good baby, even when sick!

ReplyDeleteI am sorry to hear she has been sick. we really do have parallel lives! El has had cold after cold and now has an ear infection, croup, thrush on her fanny and mouth. I love the poor soul but seriously enough with the sickness. I think I might invest in a bubble:O)

Poor little Brooklynn. Hopefully, this is the most she is sick the rest of her life ;).
